OCR

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) converts any printed or typewritten text from the scanned images, screenshots, or AVer visualizer live video image into editable text that can be inserted in PowerPoint or save as html. OCR can recognize 19 languages.

Make sure the AVer visualizer is connected to computer USB and turned on.
Click . Fine tune the image and position the book or document under the camera. Make sure the text in the document you want to capture is properly aligned. You can use the zoom and rotate tools to adjust the image.
Click and drag to select the text area you want to capture.
Click the drop down button and select the language you want to add or remove.
Click to start recognizing. The result will appear on the right panel. You can edit the text before inserting it in your PowerPoint slide or save the file in html fomat.
Click to insert the text on the current slide, insert the text to a new slide, or save the file in html format.

Click to insert the image. Locate the file and click Open.
You can use the tools below to pan, zoom, and rotate the image.
