Taipei, Taiwan – June 25, 2013 – AVer (TWSE: 3669), a major global provider of presentation/education solutions, security surveillance solutions and video conferencing solutions, enriches its portfolio of discreet surveillance solutions by introducing its first mini vandal dome IP cameras (network cameras) – the 1.3-megapixel FV1306 and the 2-megapixel FV2006.
These new mini vandal domes are designed specifically for applications with limited space, such as elevators and ATMs, due to their compact size (80 mm diameter) and lightweight structure (350g). Moreover, the low-profile design of the cameras’ housing also makes them well suited for applications requiring inconspicuous surveillance solutions, like banks, retail stores and schools. The vandal-proof housing protects the cameras against violent assaults, while the IP66-rated weatherproofing ensures the cameras will not be damaged during harsh rainstorms. Additionally, FV1306 and FV2006 feature advanced image enhancement technologies like WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) and DNR (Digital Noise Reduction) to deliver clear preview under varied lighting conditions.
The bundled NXU Lite video management software (VMS) supports preview and recording for up to 32 IP camera (network camera) channels. NXU Lite features an advanced alarm notification system, video intelligence functions like intelligent search, motion detection and video encryption, support for over 25 languages, and flawless integration with AVer CM3000 & CM3000 Gold central management systems (CMS). What’s more, with AVer’s iViewer and AndroidViewer mobile applications, iPhone, iPad and Android mobile/tablet users can view live footage streaming from AVer IP cameras (network cameras) anytime, anywhere.
