    Due to safety factors that the charging cart outer box is made of iron, there will be shielding effect and the make signal unstable . It is recommended that when the data is synchronized, the front door of the charging cart can be opened to make the WIFI signal better.

    To sync multiple tablets, simply connect the tablets to the C30u/C16u's USB hub and connect your computer to sync ports to sync up to 16 tablets. Connect both of the sync ports to your computer to sync up to 30/16 tablets. Open up Apple Configurator on your computer and begin syncing the tablets.

    1. Please confirm charging cart usage environment first .
    2. The usage environment must be ventilation and temperature also lower than 30 degrees Celsius.
    3. It is recommended that the front and rear doors retain at least 10 cm of space, so that the hot air inside the cart is discharged by convection.
    4. Avoid placing the charging cart near the window, which can cause the temperature of the cabinet to rise in the case of sunlight.
    5. It is recommended that the device be in the off or standby mode when they are charging.

    When tablets near a full charge they will begin to draw a very small amount of power this can sometimes cause a flicker in the LED status between red and green. This is normally caused when devices exit or enter standby mode that are fully charged or nearly fully charged. Rest assured that your devices are still being charged properly.
