A: Yes, SVC / EVC system can join ZOOM meeting by following methods.

1. Press “Call" button on remote controller.
In dial page. Enter (ZOOM connection IP)##(Meeting ID)#(Meeting PASSWORD) then press “Call". We suggest users find keypad to enter. By pressing “keypad" button on remote controller to find keypad.

Due to different design artichure, both of AVer EVC / SVC series do not support MS Teams call directly. The EVC / SVC series only support to connect to the remote site through H.323/SIP protocols.

It is not recommended to place the microphone anywhere on the Table Hub during a call. This is especially true if you are using the Table Hub‘s embedded speaker as an audio output. Placing the microphone on the Table Hub during a video conferencing session may result in unwanted echo/feedback.

If there is 3rd party audio device is connected through Audio In, echo cancellation could be disabled at “MIC input source" option. Under “Settings", “Video / Audio" and “Microphone" menu, choose “AUDIO IN without AEC" to disable echo cancellation. Using default MIC in is not able to disable echo cancellation.

By default SVC is able to automatically detect your monitor aspect ratio and output correct format to monitor / projector. There are also options to manually change different resolutions and aspect ratios for two monitor outputs (1080P – 16:9, 720P – 16:9, XGA – 4:3) under “General Setting" and “Monitor".

To enter meeting ID / access code to a MCU / cloud base meeting room, you need to switch control flag from near-side to far-side by pressing “Far/Near" on the remote control. After pressing “Far/Near", a red, person icon will appear onscreen, indicating the site that will receive the meeting ID or access code. This “Far/Near" control switch could also be used to control far side camera, if the feature is enabled.

  2. If there is no problem regarding your network equipment, please send the machine model which you connect to and its log file to our support team.
  3. Disable the H.323 ALG in your firewall settings.

Please follow the IP setup instructions below:

  1. Does your network have external IP address to be accessed?
  2. Do you open the ports ( 1719, 1720, 30000~30299, 80, 5060, 50000~50001 ) on the router, firewall or other network equipment for both UDP and TCP connection?
  3. Do you assign an only IP address in your network load balancer (if any) for video conferencing system to be connected?
  4. Does the orange signal light up on the codec? If not, it means the network is not connected or the cable is not working.
  5. Is your network a VPN connection over LAN? If yes, you cannot connect to external IP addresses.
  6. Does the machine you dialed switch on? Does its ''Auto Answer'' set to ON ( Settings > General Setting > Call Settings )?
