A: Please try following configuration on EVC and SVC.
Settings→ Network→ SIP
Step 1. SIP Transport Protocol: default is UDP, please select TCP.
Step 2. BFCP(content share): default is UDP, please select TCP.
Back to dial page.
Call type select “SIP", and enter account into Call to. Then press Call(Green Button)
Success to connect.
If the your codec is behind router, we suggest NAT of both type UDP and TCP.
