This issue might be due to the color sampling : 4:2:0 not compatible with certain 4:4:4 or 4:2:2 system. Please update the PTC310V2 series to beta v0.1.0001.31 (4:2:2) or later official version (v33 has an web UI to toggle the sampling) Be aware of the SDI getting color issue with 4K 4:2:2

Make sure the camera is able to connect to internet, and HTTP/HTTPS port80 is opened on network, the URL that camera is trying to connect to is: http://sw1client.aver.com/ndiActivation.asp Make sure add the URL to white list on routers.

1. Check the batteries condition 2. Make sure the control distance is less than 10m and angel is less than 45 degrees 3. Check the IR remote's ID (channel) is matched with the ID on camera 4. Make sure "Power off completely" is not selected at the web UI.
